Custom Pantone Matches

Color matches are available for an additonal fee

on screen printed products. Please provide a PMS

number from the “Solid Coated” (C) Pantone Book.

We do not match based on CMYK or other color

libraries. Please note that color accuracy cannot

be guaranteed; however satsfactory matches can

typically be obtained.

Halftones or Detailed

Artwork

Halfones (lighter shades of a screen printed color)

are available and may incur an additonal fee.

Halfones may sometmes have unexpected results.

If high resoluton prints are a serious priority,

we suggest adding an additonal print of color

instead. For example, gray can be printed 50% black

halfone, Medium Gray, or PMS Matched Gray ink

can be used.

Screen Changes, Arrows,

or Copy Changes

In most cases a double sided arrow sign will require

a screen change to print the arrow in reverse on the

opposite side of the sign. Arrow Screen Changes are

charged per color if more than one color will need

to change.

the text on the sign

will need to change

part way through

a producton run.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

General Requirements

•

Save as a PDF file

•

Save at Actual Print Size

•

Convert ALL fonts to Outlines or Curves

•

Embed all files - NO Linked images!

•

Title your artwork file the same as your

PO#

•

Use actual Pantone colors in your

artwork to identfy colors

Digitial Printing

When sending art files for digital printng,

please keep these points in mind:

•

Raster or Vector artwork

•

We recommend at least 200dpi at full

print size

•

File size should be kept at 100mb or

smaller if possible

•

Save your file in the CMYK color space

•

Pantone colors OK in your file, but

perfect matches cannot be achieved

Screen Printing

In order to avoid artwork charges for screen printng, please

provide us with artwork that meets the following requirements:

•

100% Vector Artwork

•

Allow for a 1/2” margin on signs 24x24” or smaller

•

Allow for a 1” margin on signs 36x24” or larger

“Simplify” your artwork:

•

No clipping masks

•

Convert or expand all strokes to shapes or offset paths
